Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and application at honeycombdefi.app (the “Interface”), operated by Honeycomb (“Honeycomb,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

The Interface is a non-custodial software tool that helps you interact with independent, third-party smart contracts on the Solana network — primarily Kamino lending vaults and Jupiter swap routing. It is a convenience layer over public on-chain programs.

Honeycomb is not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, or financial, investment, legal, or tax adviser. We do not take custody of your assets, we do not hold your private keys, and we cannot move, freeze, reverse, or recover your funds. All transactions are initiated and signed by you, from your own wallet.

Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. Any yield figures, rates, or statistics are informational, sourced from third-party protocols and public data, and may be delayed or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own decisions and for any resulting outcomes.

Yields shown are variable and not guaranteed. They are produced by third-party lending markets, fluctuate continuously with market conditions, and can decrease or become negative. Honeycomb does not subsidize, pad, insure, or guarantee any rate, return, or minimum. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value, up to and including total loss of the amounts you deposit.

• ·Smart-contract risk — the Kamino, Jupiter, and related on-chain programs may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Audits reduce but do not eliminate risk.
• ·Third-party protocol risk — reserve insolvency, bad debt, or protocol failure in an underlying market can cause loss to depositors.
• ·Market and stablecoin risk — asset prices are volatile, and a stablecoin depeg can impair balances.
• ·Oracle, network, and technical risk — price-feed failures, Solana network outages, or software errors can affect the Interface and your transactions.
• ·Regulatory risk — laws affecting blockchain and digital assets are evolving and may change adversely.

You use the Interface and interact with third-party protocols entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys and seed phrase, and all activity conducted through your wallet. If you lose access to your wallet, your funds are unrecoverable — no one, including Honeycomb, can restore them. Never share your seed phrase, and verify every transaction before you sign it.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms; that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and are not on any sanctions or restricted-party list; and that your use of the Interface is lawful where you are.

The Interface is not offered or directed to residents of the European Union or European Economic Area (EU/EEA), or to residents of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine). Access from these locations is restricted, and nothing on the Interface is a solicitation, offer, or inducement in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful or require a licence or registration we do not hold. You may not use a VPN, proxy, or any other means to misrepresent your location or circumvent these restrictions.

You agree not to use the Interface to:

• ·Break any applicable law or regulation, including money-laundering, sanctions, or terrorist-financing rules.
• ·Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive activity.
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Interface or its infrastructure.
• ·Use bots or automated means to abuse or overload the Interface.

The Kamino vaults the Interface connects to accrue a performance fee of 5% on the interest earned (never on your principal), charged by the on-chain program. You also pay standard Solana network fees to submit transactions. Swap routing may include a small, disclosed platform fee. Third-party protocols may charge their own fees. There is no management fee and no withdrawal fee to use the vaults.

The Interface depends on third-party protocols and services (including Kamino, Jupiter, wallet providers, and RPC/infrastructure providers) that we do not control. We do not endorse or guarantee them, and we are not responsible for their performance, security, availability, or any loss arising from them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information shown is accurate or current.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HONEYCOMB AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, ASSETS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PROTOCOL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honeycomb and its contributors from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Interface, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Interface after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
